As a Celtic fan, I don’t know what to think about this. I think as long as the Celtics sign him for the veteran-minimum deal then there’s no harm in that. I expect him to be the best bench warmer in the NBA but then again he’ll find way to mess that up too

Celticslife.com has a pretty interesting read about David Stern and his past dealings that involve getting rid of NBA owners, luring new owners, and giving away draft picks like cheap mp3 players at a corporate event. Definitely an entertaining article.
Plus one can only wonder how different the Cavs’ history would be if former owner Ted Stepien didn’t trade away some of those picks. Having at least James Worthy would’ve been a huge improvement to their 1982 team.
ESPN reports that the Bobcats are fielding offers for their No. 2 but it’s going to take a lot for them to give it up. If it were up to me I would just keep the pick and see how the first half of the season goes.
The Rockets are looking to make some waves in this year’s draft. Do they have enough pieces to get a Dwight Howard deal done and after that will they have enough pieces to get Dwight Howard to stay?
Looks like the Houston Rockets are just stock piling picks. Does Houston have a legitimate shot at getting Dwight Howard? Perhaps but if not, they sure are preparing for the future in this year’s draft.
