Lebron James shows U.S. Olympic Mens Basketball teammate Kevin Durant his “Unstoppable Move” during practice. If Lebron James does this move during every NBA game next season for the Miami Heat, he may truly become unstoppable hahahaha just kidding.

I think it’s great that Usain Bolt has good competition in his fellow countryman Yohan Blake. Bolt has been in the spotlight since the 2008 Olympic games (even before that but I haven’t been keeping track) and every great athlete needs to have a challenge to push him to the next level. Yohan Blake could be that challenge.

Sad to hear Blake Griffin get injured before he gets to represent his country in the Olympics. But if I were Clippers management I would make sure that he never tries to play any more off-season basketball unless it’s Clippers related. With his recent string of career injuries, you wouldn’t want a re-signed star to shorten his career more and hurt the future of the franchise.
Not that anyone is surprised, the U.S. Olympic Basketball team beats the Dominican Republic led by the hot hand of Kevin Durant with 24 points and 10 rebounds. Of course as they get closer to the Olympics in London, the competition will get a lot more fierce. I think everyone is confident that Kobe Bryant, Lebron James, Kevin Durant, and the rest of the U.S. team will learn to gel but time is not on their side.

Not only is Michael Jordan one of the greatest NBA players of all time (second to Bill Russell and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar) and a great business man with his Jordan Brand and Nike deals, but you can also say he is right when it comes to who he thinks could beat the 1992 Dream Team.
Kobe Bryant thinks that if Team USA 2012 played the 1992 Dream Team they’d win.

Two things to take away from the past two meets between Usain Bolt and Yohan Blake:
1. Yohan Blake is making some noise and may be a legitimate contender for the Olympic Gold in London.
2. Don’t count out Usain Bolt yet. He was very close in winning the last meet and some runners just lose interest in events that are before the Olympics. Usain has been known show little or no interest in meets that aren’t on the worldwide stage. It’s possible that he just wanted to make sure that he got on the team and then focus on the real task at hand which is to defend his gold.
Either way with the impressive showing of Yohan Blake and Usain Bolt, it’s possible that the rest of the world will be running for 3rd place.

I think it’s great when any pro player wants to represent their country in the Olympics but this kid should hold out and wait for the next one. You’re young Anthony David and you’ll have plenty of chances to represent the U.S. Take care of your business in New Orleans.
