I seriously think that Rex Ryan only hurts his team by opening his mouth. He could’ve taken care of this in private and not really address the media or elaborate on the issue. Instead (in pure Rex Ryan fashion), he rips into his team in public and runs his mouth.

This kind of stunt could’ve helped fire up the team back in the 60s,70s, and 80s but this only hurts the New York Jets. The only people that get hurt when Rex Ryan talks trash about anything are the players. My bet is that the players have already given up on Rex Ryan this season.
